n its painful sey!!!

4 by 400m for inter hse

well we made it 1st fer 4 by 1oom interhse relay
2nd fer 4 by 400m interhse relay
n 3rd fer 200m race
hahah cool or wat sia haha
heez hmm well fer the cca relay we cm in 4th uh so no prize haha'
